The Connections Ministry is responsible for connecting people to Jesus, others, and ministry.  This connection sets the tenor and tone for the discipleship experience at The Spring by tracking visitors from their first visit (Guest Relations) through becoming members (Membership Intake) and fully empowered in ministry (Ministry Placement) according to their spiritual gifts.

WAMM, Worship Arts & Multi-Media provides the ministry tools for worship in kingdom quality.  WAMM includes, A/V, Music, Drama, Dance, Puppetry, and Communications, including Social Media.  WAMM provides support and creative design for worship services, presentations, and other services utilizing audio and video equipment, lighting, software programs, music, and social media.

Would you welcome our first time guests by making them feel part of a family and not strangers? Would you enjoy answering questions about our ministry? Would you be confident to pray with those that need it? We are looking for those that would be happy to provide more information about our church, help new people get plugged in, and even lead someone to Christ if the moment calls for it.

eMerge, the youth ministry has three people participating as leaders: Zachary Edmiston II, Deion Burkett, and Edna Chambers. Zachary Edmiston is the team leader of the ministry, involving himself in weekly teachings and actively serving whenever possible by providing youth with a safe space for communication and support. Deion Burkett is more behind the scenes but he is the body of the ministry. Without him, ministry would be harder than it is now. By uploading, editing, and vision-casting, he is a huge reason the ministry is successful. Edna Chambers is the feet of the ministry. She makes the ministry move by her weekly communication. Without her, our work and sacrifice would not be able to reach the masses. This is OUR ministry. This is youth ministry.
